I will support you and your management team to become the best you can be. It’s important you feel comfortable when we speak, so I don’t mind taking the time for an informal initial conversation.

It is my intention to empower teams and individuals to improve their performance and increase their impact by bringing the best of themselves into the workplace, while at the same time creating more meaning and purpose in their own lives. The personal transformation of the individual directly impacts their business and leadership effectiveness, which in turn becomes a force for good in the world.

My work covers three main activities within leadership development: facilitating alignment to create high–performance leadership teams; designing leadership development programmes; and executive coaching of leadership peer groups.

From her background of teaching English Literature to disengaged students, and getting them to be inspired about their life and future, Andro joined Merchants [a business growth consultancy] where she got hands on experience of running multi stranded transformation programmes and coaching teams mainly in the Financial services sector.

After 10 years she established her own consulting practice, AD Consulting, dedicated to leadership development. working with many blue chip financial services companies, and high performing fast growth SMEs.
