Accelerator Programme

All too often, it can be cost prohibitive, and take a long time to escalate top team transformation change lower down the organisation, so we have developed an accelerator programme comprising a blended solution that selected individuals within your organisation can be trained in how to create behavioural change in your most important teams to more quickly improve team performance.

These individuals will learn through a combination of practical and experiential workshops and be supported by a comprehensive on-line tool kit of processes, and games to support them when working with these teams across your organisation

The training will include:

• An introduction to the 4Pillars (Align, Belong, Breakthrough, Sustain), and why they are so important for creating high performing teams
• How to use the team diagnostics tool to identify team strengths and where the team can be stronger
• Workshops providing hands-on practice that are supported by the tool kits, and processes to help these team leaders transform different team issues and scenarios

They will also have access to:

• An extensive resource library of exercises, work sheets, and forms
• Webinars to embed working practices as part of an ongoing learning experience
• Community of other team leaders, coaches, and facilitators
